First a bit about myself. I am a 30 something married person living in
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Definately middle class and I enjoy good
food, be it either making it myself or finding it in all sorts of
restaurants.
Going to alot of great and alot of poor restaurants in Edmonton has led
me to believe that there needs to be somewhere that these places can
be praised or judged. Unfortunately in my searches I have not come
across any form of restaurant critic or web page that I like.
Therefore I have chosen to make a blog to highlight everyday restaurants
from an everyday person. This blog will comment not only on the quality
of the food being served but also the service we recieve and the
cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurants being listed. As I don't eat
out alot right now this blog won't be updated alot but when I do it
will be because I either got amazingly good or amazingly bad service
somewhere and decided that everyone else should also know. Here's to it
being the latter... but I think we can safely guess there will be a
mixture of both.
